Institutional reform rarely fails for lack of analysis. It fails when senior officials, technical teams, and partners cannot stay in the same room long enough to agree the next decision. Convenings are often slide-heavy, thinly documented, and disconnected from the appraisal and communications work that has to follow.

Our Multidisciplinary Advisory Approach

StrataPoint designed and facilitated the Acclimate workshop as a working session, not a stage event. Directors in economic research, public investment systems, and strategic communications sat with participants through plenary and breakout sequences. The engagement produced a documented photographic and process record that institutions can use in reporting, follow-up, and internal briefings — without substituting photography for the substance of the dialogue.
