He holds a PhD in Economics of Education and currently serves as Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Education at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), with prior service as Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Research, and County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning in Bomet County.
